By accessing the Site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.
Blooming Beacon, LLC is a Washington State licensed In-Home Services Agency (Credential # IHS.FS.70096388) authorized under RCW Chapter 70.127 to provide Home Health care. We are based in Puyallup, Washington, and serve Pierce County, South King County, and surrounding Puget Sound communities.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: unauthorized access or attempts to access restricted areas; introducing viruses or malicious code; scraping or automated data collection without our consent; impersonating another person; and any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.
The content on this Site, including blog articles, guides, and FAQs, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. The terms of that signed agreement govern the provision of care and, in the event of any conflict with these Terms, the signed agreement controls with respect to care services.

You may view and download portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pierce County, Washington, for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site.
Before filing a claim, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days following written notice. Any dispute not resolved through negotiation may, at either party's option, be submitted to binding arbitration in Puyallup, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. This dispute resolution provision does not apply to claims regarding clinical care services, which are governed by the signed service agreement and applicable law.
The Site is controlled and operated from within the United States. We make no representation that the Site is appropriate or available in other locations. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws, including data protection and privacy laws of your jurisdiction. International users acknowledge that their information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in their home country.
